How do we collect your data?

  • The user informs his data by filling out forms on the agency's website, in Excel and/or systems that comply with the LGPD;
  • By phone, email and texting apps;
  • By hiring services and software specialized in communication and marketing, in compliance with data privacy laws, such as Comunique-se, LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

How and for how long will your data be stored?


Your personal data will be used and stored for the time that is necessary to provide the service, for the minimum period of custody of labor and social security documents, even after the termination of the employment or contractual relationships, with the appropriate security measures and controlled access to the information stored.

What do we do to keep your data safe?


SmartPR's team is committed to adopting the best practices to prevent data leakage. In case of data security incidents that could generate relevant risk or harm to people, we will communicate those involved, in accordance with the provisions of the LGPD.


In order to do so, we established a Committee and a Privacy Policy, with campaigns, training and internal processes for everyone who is part of the SmartPR team, which are evaluated on a quarterly basis. In addition, we invest in technical protection solutions able to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and inviolability of data, with restricted access to the information stored.

With the consent of the information holder, in accordance with the legal basis of Article 7, I, GENERAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW - Law No. 13.709, August 14, 2018.

Wich data do we collect from journalists/influencers?


For the daily work - updated every six months:

  • Name;
  • News outlet;
  • Job title;
  • Email;
  • Phone number;
  • Cell phone number.

For legitimate interest, in accordance with the legal basis of Article 7, IX, GENERAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW - Law No. 13.709, August 14, 2018.

For punctual activities - storage period of 1 month after the collection:

  • RG;
  • CPF;
  • Birthdate;
  • Business address;
  • Home address;
  • CNPJ (for media outlets and influencers);
  • Bank details (for media outlets and influencers);
  • Vehicle registration plate;
  • Passport copy.

Purpose



All personal data listed in this Policy are for the following purposes:

  • Allow contact with the information holder, due to the employment contract;
  • For compliance with legislation obligations, mainly labor and social security, including the provisions of a Collective Agreement or Convention of the Company category;
  • For procedures for admission and execution of the employment contract, including after its termination;
